QLD Origin second rower Josh Papalii has also been moved from the starting side to the bench after Wednesday's clash. Sia Soliola will start in his place. Paul Vaughan is the player to drop out of the 17.

Manly meanwhile have lost Steve Matai to an ongoing neck complaint, with Matthew Wright to take his spot in the centres. Blake Leary drops off the extended bench.
