Friday 19: The injury crisis deepens - Proctor (hamstring) is ruled out, as is Joe Greenwood off the bench. Grevsmuhl named in the second row.

Final team: Roberts is fit and will play fullback, with his cousin moving from the back to the wing. Karl Lawton starts at hooker with Simpkins benched, Vidot is also benched and Max King moves into lock for Chris McQueen with Pulu moving to the second row. Boyle and Vaivai are the remaining interchance players.
