The Dragons look dangerous, gain 68m on the set. Hunt kicks towards Hymel Hunt on tackle five. Hymel takes it cleanly.

The Dragons gather a short kickoff. They make their way up to the red zone. PENALTY Dragons. That's from beside the posts. They play on. McInnes passes one out to Frizell and he crashes over Tatola for a try.
He hits the post again from the touchline. Not his best kicking day, but he's having a laugh. Jack de Belin has gone up the tunnel with an injury. Possibly a rib injury. Zac Lomax enters the field for his debut.
On tackle three a grubber kick from Reynolds is put towards the wing of Campbell Graham. Widdop's foot deflects the ball towards Graham and it's a match sealing try.
From 15m to the left and 15m meters out, he hits the upright and it bounces straight back to him. Sensational. Play on.
The Rabbitohs go on the counter attack immediately. They gain 60m through Sam Burgess, Damien Cook and Cody Walker. PENALTY Rabbitohs. Not a professional foul, James Graham is on the ground after a heavy hit.
The Dragons were close to making a scoring play, but on the last tackle Hunt knocks-on.

Well... it's come against the run of play. The Rabbitohs were attacking the tryline, Reynolds faked a kick and passed to Sam Burgess. The pass went behind Burgess, he deflected the ball, Frizell pounced and sprinted 85m to score. Hymel Hunt came close to running him down, but not close enough.
An offload from the Dragons goes wrong. It's in the hands of George Burgess.
The Rabbitohs get a full set inside the Dragons' half. A grubber from Adam Reynolds on fifth is stopped a few meters before the tryline. Dragons come away.
McInnes gets the Rabbitohs backpedaling. On the next play Hunt knocks-on.
Walker is trying hard, possibly too hard. He's come up with lots of errors in the second half when the Rabbitohs looked like scoring. This time he passes the football into touch. Ben Hunt has a cork.

Ben Hunt is on his haunches. Knock-on from the Dragons at the play the ball, 10m away from their line. Hunt is still being troubled by an injury from earlier in the match. He's staying on the field.
South Sydney are going sideline to sideline towards the end of their sets. It's nearly too much for the Dragons to handle. Regardless, they get the ball back.
Dragons make it to halfway. Hunt kicks high and long, no pressure on the catcher and hardly any chase to the football.
Sutton makes great meters to get the Rabbitohs into the Dragons' half. Then Reynolds kicks long and high. Dragons take the ball, they are bunched and must be tired.
This is difficult for the Dragons to come back from.
PENALTY Rabbitohs. McInnes holds down Sam Burgess for too long. This is 10m out and directly in front of the posts. South Sydney want a penalty goal.
PENALTY Rabbitohs. That gets them inside the Dragons half.
The Dragons are going through Ben Hunt for creativity, it's not working. He fails to spark his team on tackle four and five. They ran on the last again. Lafai looses the ball and Reynolds gathers. Reynolds knocked the football on there, but missed by the officials.
He gets between Dragons players and all most intercepts the football. Knock-on.
Rabbitohs run on tackle five and Jason Clark has the ball. He passes for Crichton who knocks-on.
De Belin offloads and Murray pounces on the loose ball.
Rabbitohs again don't complete their set. The tempo is fast from both teams. Rabbtiohs made it within 20m of the Dragons line when possession changed.
Unforced error. On the last tackle the Dragons run again, from 25m out. A tap to Macdonald has gone forward.
South Sydney are close to breaking down the Dragons again. Walker again with the mistake as he could find Gagai with a pass. Lafai fields it.
Dragons put in an average set and it's back to the Rabbitohs.
Crichton makes a line break from inside his own half. He kicks before getting run down, Johnston is the only chaser but three Dragons players rally to get the ball. Dufty is the player there first. Not a smart move to kick from Crichton.
Cameron McInnes gets the Dragons moving quickly through the middle of the field. Frizell making some good runs. They are still shot for creativity. Macdonald is held on the last tackle.
Walker has Ben Hunt pulling on his jersey from behind. He tries to kick and knocks-on.

Hunt decides to run on the last tackle, it surprises the defence but doesn't create space. Latimore knocks-on.

That's half-time. Entertaining so far. The Dragons need to show in the second half they can put their frustration aside and play great football.
Dufty comes within centimeters of a line break in his own half. Otherwise the Dragons make plenty of meters but Johnston rises above everyone to make a clean catch of a tackle five kick.
Potential try for the Rabbitohs. On field referee has no try. Reynolds kicks high and across field on the last, it comes down at the tryline. Inglis appears to knock-on and possession goes to the Dragons. This was looked at 10 times.
Sam Burgess is off.
Play is stopped for Sam Burgess to leave the field for a head injury assessment. He doesn't want to leave.
The Dragons decided to run on tackle five, Hunt breaks a couple of tackles but Widdop is accounted for. He losses it while offloading.
Nene Macdonald takes his toughest catch of the day after Reynolds sent the ball to the clouds.

Dufty goes close to scoring. If he decides to pass, they were more likely to score. On the next tackle Widdop kicks low for the in-goal and Frizell all most scores a try, but the ball was too far gone over the dead ball line.

Widdop tests Graham with a high kick on the last. Graham takes it comfortably on his 10m line.
Easy meters for the Rabbitohs. On tackle three Reynolds attempts a 40/20. Nightingale easily stops it.

The Rabbitohs raced off their line to force this error. Ben Hunt to keep the football alive had to tap it on, which he did but it was too difficult for Macdonald to take.
Vaughan all most carries four players over the tryline. The Dragons lost momentum towards the end of the set. Hunt lands another kick in-goal and gives the Dragons another set.

On the first hit-up he's dropped the ball. Dragons immediately on the attack.
Ah Mau had the dummy half duties after McInnes made a run. He passes the ball forward.
The Dragons get half a set to attack from close range, following the dropout. Tim Lafai goes close as he fended off one and beat another. Cook bats a Widdop grubber dead for another goal line dropout, otherwise Paul Vaughan scores.
Dragons gain 60m and Hunt runs towards the sideline, the short side, and kicks in-field for Widdop. Widdop tackles Johnston in-goal.
Damien Cook found space behind the forwards on fourth tackle. On fifth Adam Reynolds had a kick from 20m out that is a chip straight to Widdop. Poor finish.
Nightingale was tackled as soon as he received the pass. Dragons make it to the Rabbitohs 40m line, but Widdop's last tackle kick comes down on the 20m line and is fielded by Graham.
Dragons severely test in defence. They were about to break again. John Sutton passes from dummy half and Nightingale receives the pass on the full. PENALTY Dragons. Sutton holds the tackled player down too long.
PENALTY Rabbitohs. McInnes drifts away from the posts and sends Hunt underneath him. It is a shepherd though, Hunt wouldn't have scored anyway.
Play is stopped for Damien Cook to put his boot back on. It takes the best part of a minute and we're back underway.
Hunt attempts a grubber kick 10m from the tryline, it's played at and the Dragons regather. Six more.
George and Tom Burgess provide damaging runs. Walker then throws a pass that finds the grass behind his players. Aitken pounces and is tackled.

Dragons tried to free up Aitken and Nightingale for a try on fourth tackle. Nightingale is easily accounted for by Hunt. Nightingale losses the ball getting up.
Reynolds is forced to kick long, the high kick is misjudged by Matt Dufty and it bounces. It bounces dead in-goal. Seven tackle set coming for the Dragons.
The Dragons were clunky in attack. Only looked like scoring from a hit-up. The fifth tackle kick from Hunt goes safely into Campbell Graham's hands, in the field of play.

The catch on the kickoff was tough, the breeze sent the ball away from Walker and he knocked-on.
Much better from Reynolds.
Angus Crichton comes up with two amazing plays. He gets the Rabbitohs on a roll with a late offload at halfway. A few tackles later, he takes an angle towards the posts on a hit-up that found a gap and brushed a few players to score.
Only 29m for the Dragons on their set. Hunt kicks long and finds the winger on his 20m line, with plenty of space to run.
Excellent set from South Sydney. They're making gaining meters look easy, straight up the middle. Tim Lafai fields an Adam Reynolds bomb on his 10m line.
From the left touchline he hooked it too far, the kick looked awful.
A simple play, Walker passes out the back on the left side of the field. John Sutton receives it, in the centre position, and taps it on to Hunt who scores in the corner. Sutton's touch creates the space for the try.
Rabbitohs gain possession and play straight away. Sam Burgess has been held up in the in-goal.
There's 58m on the first set. Simple hitups through the middle of the field got them those meters. Nene McDonald spills the ball on the kick return.

Welcome to this round 10 NRL fixture between the South Sydney Rabbitohs and the St George Illawarra Dragons at ANZ Stadium. Conditions are excellent for football. Lots of players here are realistic chances to be selected for State of Origin and they should be at least near their best today. Last but not least, we have another installment of Sam Burgess v James Graham. Plenty to keep an eye on today, kickoff is 2pm.
