Changes aplenty for the first of the Saturday triple header at Suncorp Stadium, The Bulldogs are welcoming back Kieran Foran in the place of Lachlan Lewis, Kerrod Holland has been dropped with Marcelo Montoya starting in jersey 21. The other changes for the Bulldogs include Adam Elliott starting in the second row in jersey 16 with Chris Smith in jersey 23 starting at lock. Ofahiki Ogden starts on the bench in jersey 22.

For the Knights there is one change, Josh King is out, Jesse Ramien starts at centre in jersey 21 with Sione Mata'utia starting from the bench in jersey 4.
