Anthony Milford sends it high on the last and Brad Abbey takes a sigh of relief because it is towards Michael Oldfield who takes it. Canberra are deep within their own end struggling to make metres. They are on their 30 on the last and Aidan Sezer drops it!

Brad Abbey overruns the bomb on the last badly but fortunately drops it backwards! Jarrod Croker also fumbles it, but backwards as well. But Michael Oldfield finally comes up with the error just short of halfway... I really feel for Canberra fans here.

The Raiders seem to have gotten back in the groove but they immediately hand it back to the Broncos with Dunamis Lui fumbling a Josh Hodgson pass just short of the 40 metre mark.

HALF TIME - Raiders 14 lead Broncos 0. Blake Austin and Aidan Sezer have been dominant in attack for Canberra while Josh Hodgson is controlling things very well. Their outside backs are picking up easy metres and likewise for their forward pack. It is all Canberra at the moment while Brisbane are failing to take their chances.

Matthew Lodge ruled offside and Croker will shoot for two with 12 seconds left in the half.

Canberra are picking up unbelievably easy metres through the middle with Brad Abbey and Joseph Leilua surging through the middle. They spread it left on the last. Blake Austin short to Jarrod Croker who looks to link with Nick Cotric on the wing but Jamayne Isaako bats it over the sideline. Full set 10 out for the Raiders. 47 seconds left.

Jordan Kahu does very well to bat back a long ball from Canberra and the Broncos have possession within the Raiders' half. They now bag a penalty 20 out.

Brisbane had an overlap on the left edge but Darius Boyd goes short to Jordan Kahu instead of long to Corey Oates and he is taken give out. The ball ends up with James Roberts on the last and he tries to outpace Jarrod Croker and Aidan Sezer but he is swarmed on and shut down.

Another power set by Canberra, who are 30 metres out on the last but it is a meek kick on the last by Jarrod Croker is taken by Brisbane on their own 20. They now pick up a relieving penalty and begin their set 40 out.

Big set in defence for the Broncos given they have well and truly got themselves back into the game recently after Canberra dominated the opening 10 minutes. Kodi Nikorima puts in a deft grubber. James Roberts was there to take it but can't ground it! What a chance that was but better stuff from the Broncos regardless.

Oh dear... Brisbane undo all their hard work here. Andrew McCullough puts in a smart bomb which traps Brad Abbey 10 metres out from his own line but Alex Glenn is penalised for holding him down. The Raiders shoot for touch and send it very far but they try for too much. Corey Oates does well to tap it back inside and Brisbane have it. Matthew Lodge ruled to have had the ball stripped from his grasps and the Broncos charge further down field.

Shannon Boyd surges up past the 40 on the third before Josh Hodgson links with Josh Papalii who picks up 15 metres and is tackled 40 out from the Brisbane line. Nick Cotric cleanly takes the bomb on the last and taps back for Jarrod Croker but he can't take it. Danger signs for the Broncos.

Massive game for the Raiders, with a win seeing them draw closer to the eighth-placed Broncos. If they lose their season may be over given that momentum is everything for Ricky's men.
