Brisbane have brought debutant Izaia Perese in on the bench, with Rhys Kennedy dropping out of the 17.

Penrith have a couple of changes - the same as last week Moses Leota starts lock with Isaah Yeo benched, while Stephen Crichton drops out of the side with an ankle injury, replaced by Dean Whare in the centres.
